These terms cover your use of loreofmen.com and any purchase from the Lore of Men shop. Lore of Men is operated by Mr. P, an individual (sole proprietor), referred to here as “we” or “us”. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, listen and share links. Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access parts of it that aren’t meant to be public.

The shop

The shop is open for orders shipped within the United States. Product images are Printful mockups, not photos of the physical items.

Every product is made to order and printed and shipped by our partner, Printful. We ship within the United States only. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout. We don’t currently charge sales tax. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Shipping, returns and exchanges

Our Shipping and Returns & refunds pages are part of these terms. In short:

Free US shipping on orders of $75 or more (merchandise subtotal, before tax and shipping). Orders under $75 pay the flat rate shown on the Shipping page.
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you got the wrong item, email support@loreofmen.com within 21 days of delivery, as described on the Returns page.
We can’t accept returns or refunds for the wrong size or a change of mind. Size exchanges are paid: you pay for the replacement item at its regular price, plus its shipping.

Our content

The Lore of Men name, logo, heart artwork, designs, podcast episodes and site content belong to us. Please don’t copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Podcast episodes are for your personal listening.

The podcast and site share stories and opinions. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its content, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

If you misuse the site or break these terms, you agree to take responsibility for the resulting claims against us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the seller resides.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
