Privacy policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

This policy explains what information Lore of Men collects, why, and who helps us handle it. Lore of Men is operated by Mr. P, an individual (sole proprietor), referred to here as “we” or “us”.

What we collect

Order details. When the shop is open and you place an order: your name, shipping address, email address and the items you buy. We need these to make, ship and support your order.
Emails you send us. If you write to support@loreofmen.com, we keep your message and email address so we can answer you.
Basic site analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views anonymously and does not use cookies.

We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies, and you don’t need an account to use this site.

How we use it

We use your information to fulfill and ship orders, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and exchanges, answer your messages, keep records we’re required to keep, and understand in aggregate how the site is used.

Who helps us

Stripe processes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Printful prints and ships our products. It receives your name, shipping address and order contents.
Cloudflare hosts this site, provides the anonymous analytics and delivers our email.
RSS.com hosts the podcast. Episode listings, artwork and audio come from RSS.com, so when you play an episode your browser connects to RSS.com and its audio delivery partners.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements. We keep support emails for as long as they’re useful to help you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@loreofmen.com. Some records, such as those needed for taxes, may have to be kept for a set period.

Children

This site is meant for a US audience and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the “Last updated” date above.
