Returns & refunds

Every Lore of Men piece is made to order, just for you. That’s why we handle returns a little differently.

If something’s wrong, we’ll make it right

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or you got the wrong item, email support@loreofmen.com within 21 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo. We’ll send a free replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to send anything back.

If your package never arrives

Email us at support@loreofmen.com within 21 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll sort it out.

Size and change of mind

Because each item is made for you, we can’t accept returns or refunds for the wrong size or a change of mind. Please check the size chart before you order.

Size exchanges are paid

Ordered a tee or hoodie in the wrong size? Email support@loreofmen.com within 21 days of delivery and we’ll make you the right size. A size exchange is not free: you pay for the replacement item at its regular price, plus its shipping. You don’t need to send the first one back.

Wrong address

If an order comes back because the shipping address was incorrect, we can send it again. The reshipping cost is on the customer.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.
